I just powered through and am all caught up! What a cliffhanger on the DVC but I completely understand the decision! The time will come when it will feel right and you'll feel much better about it.

Overall it sounds like a really great trip aside from some of the food things! I know there is a bunch more I was going to comment on but....I can't remember lol! You will LOVE staying at the Boardwalk, I can't wait to read about it!

As far as the DVC decision...

We thought long and hard about it. By the time we got home after our flight we decided YES!

The next morning I woke up and decided NO!

We went back and forth until Saturday morning and decided that......it just wasn't the right time for us. Since we have gotten back we have been working really hard to pay off our exsisting debts and we have done a very good job! I'm really quite proud of us. We have a list on our fridge with the debts & amounts we owe and we cross them off as we pay them off. It's a good feeling. I know we will buy DVC someday, just not right now.

It is a big commitment.
Getting some other bills paid off is a smart move.
Then it will be all fun and no stress when you start making your DVC payments.

I enjoyed following along on your trip, and I'll be along as you and Jen take off on yet another new adventure in just a few weeks.

Hello LL! I got that last few updates read, and I say it seems like you had a great time at MNSSHP! And what a fun meet. I love to see the sun go down, you have some nice pics in the early evening light! Such fun!

I totally get you about DVC. We have another timeshare, and it isn't much for upkeep, and we can trade it (which is all we do with it) but I fancy having DVC some day. Hard to justify when we have been so lucky renting points, I guess.

Anyhow, you seemed to have such a wonderful trip! I too love the pics of you with the Halloween hats! CANNOT wait for you and Jen and your amazingly fun trip!!! I bet after finishing this TR you can't believe your next trip is actually here!!!! YAY!

Hey LL, I finally got around to finishing your TR. Sounds like you had a fabulous trip and I'm so glad you got to meet MEK (isn't she awesome!)
