Not sure where my post went? In any case, have a safe trip. Staying in Orlando is probably a good idea until you can sort out conditions in Vero. No power and/or no water is not a good start.

You'll get through this and pretty soon be living that good Florida life you had in mind!

Don't forget to keep the gas tank filled as you approach Florida.

Good luck to you and your family! I've been reading your posts this past week and felt so sorry for you...to be so up in the air. Here's hoping that your apartment complex sustained no damage!! And that they are able to restore power and water really fast so you can move in! Best of luck, I'll be thinking about you guys. Please post and let us know how you're doing!
