We have to change rooms during our stay at WBC

We are staying 6 nights at Wyndham Bonnet Creek starting next week. We couldn't get all 6 nights in the same 3 bedroom unit so have to change from a deluxe to a presidential after the first 3 nights. Just wondering how big a pain this might be? If we get our luggage packed in the morning is there someone to take it when the unit is ready? I hated to have to book it this way, but it's the only way I could get 6 nights. They thought they might be able to keep us in one room closer to time, but have said that's not going to happen.

I would still keep trying, right up until you are checked in and the night before. The last time we had this issue (2 reservations that they did not hook together for some reason), they ended up placing us in a 2BR handicapped unit at check-in so that we didn't have to switch. I do not remember if it was a deluxe or a presidential, and we had both our ressies in the same type of room, not split like yours. I believe they fill those handicapped rooms last unless they are specifically reserved, so you might be able to do that. I know my parents, long-time owners at Wyndham, have made multiple split ressies and have never had to change rooms. So keep calling.

Also, are you ok with staying in the deluxe the whole time? That might make it easier for them if you are willing to downgrade your presidential. Just got back from staying in a 2BR deluxe, and it was plenty of space for our family of 4 (parents + 2 teen boys).

We booked it through Farrell Vacations and the only way we could get 6 nights total was with the two separate types of rooms. I had wanted a Presidential for all 6 nights. Once I see the deluxe and if it's satisfactory I would probably be willing to stay in it the whole trip, if possible. Farrells said they tried but were unable to get all 6 nights together.

The one time we moved [2013] ... I was told by the Front Desk

Bell services were available ... to move my stuff to the other suite
.

IIRC ... they wanted all our belongings in the *Dining Room Table* area.

I also bagged the [still left in the) Refrigerator/Freezer stuff to make the move easier.

*Myself* ... I would continue to inquire if it were possible to stay in a Deluxe Suite [the entire time]

A move kinda cramps my style [vacation is for relaxation]

Should I deal directly through WBC at this point? Farrells told me they were unable to get us 6 nights in the same room.

Check ebay ... just make sure you purchase from a reputable seller.

My first WBC vacation was patched together using two ebay purchases.

(Memorial Day Week ~ 10 Days ~ Last Minute ~ 2012)

Did not have to change rooms / suite.

I can't cancel at this point or I lose my money. I'm just wondering if WBC might have the option of putting us in a presidential all six nights or if I should keep asking Farrells.
