We have the DDP but what about my 1 yr old ?

I was just thinking about it this week.
We all have the DDP but what about my 1 yr old. I know that she can share food with us but what about her drink. Do I have to purchase a drink for her?
Do the Table Service restaraunts let under 3 years old eat ( and drink ) for free or will I have to get her and drink separte?
I know that you have to pay at counter services.
Just trying to plan everything before we get there.

In January our 2 year old ate off our plates in TS restaurants unless it was a buffet, then he was able to have whatever he wanted. At every meal he was served his own drink and we were never charged for it.

We were never charged for a drink for DD at a TS restaurant on the two trips that we took with her in the last year. Kids under 3 eat free at the buffets and family style meals (Ohanas, Garden Grill, etc.).
