its for the full asking price as well the couple are desperate to have it but they havn't sold their house yet so keep your fingers crossed it works out !!
we have had an offer accepted on the one we want as well
i am excited but trying not to be as a lot can happen still. i did some hard negotiating on the house we want and from now on will be known in our house as kirsty allsop ( relocation relocation )
