we have a few cats in the neighborhood

that are strays and are on their own........so my husband declaring that we are not to eat any more turkey .....no way no how ........he takes out the remaining turkey.....maybe four or five pounds of white and dark meat and puts it all over the parking lot across the street....thinking the cats will have a feast......so this morning ....he goes outside and the only things having a feast are the seagulls and the big honking black crows.......we watched as they fought over who was going to get what.......there is not a piece left outthere

I hate seagulls but shame on the people who let their cats go lose and have kittens that are just left out in this world all alone. My cat is treated better then some kids I bet. She is an indooor cat and just goes out when I am with her sitting on the front steps. That was nice of you to put the turkey out for the cats, those seagulls had a nerve, next time put a placemat with the word "For the cats" on it.

The problem with feeding stray cats is that nobody is taking care of them medically. I have a neighbor who feeds strays and they make kittens and there are more strays. We trapped one last year that had an abcess in it's face and tons of ticks hanging out of it's ears. It was very sick. This man doesn't realize that he is just making the problem worse. Animal control told me that they haven't been able to save a single cat from this area because they are so sickly. It really is a shame. Not to mention they use my house as the litter box!
