I can't answer your exact question but I would rent a car for the day just for the sake of having car seats for the 2 small kiddies.

You can rent them. I've never seen a taxi with car seats but that might be easier if you can one that does.

We do it every year. We rent a car, they pick you up and drop you off when you are done. We go to the Premium Outlet, Walmart and Buena Vista Factory outlets across from Walmar. Use a code to rent the car, you can get it for $35. for 24 hr time.

Oh yeah I forgot, we did take a cab across to Premium one afternoon, we took bus to downtown disney and took a cab over, it was $15. ea way. It was a last minute thing. I would rather rent a car.
