We got an email from our planner Kathleen Reynold...

Has anyone had her? I am out of town a lot so most of my planning will be done via email, just curious if she is good with getting back to you via email

I had Kathleen. She is very quick with responding through email, even if she doesn't know the answer, she will email you to tell you she will look into it.

Kathleen assisted my planner (Karen Heyn) at my wedding. I didn't spend a lot of time with Kathleen, but what I did was great! She's a lot of fun and very personable.
