My friend and I are taking our first trip and she is leaving her grown kids at home, they lost interest a few years ago. So she wrote a letter to Disney and sent a few copies just stating how much Disney meant to her and how we were looking forward to the "magic". She has since received two phone calls from Disney CM's letting us know they are looking forward to the visit as well.
Just yesterday she received a letter from one of the CM's inviting us to both be "special guests" to sit in a VIP viewing area for Illuminations....really nice. They even took a look at our ADR's to plan what day was our "EPCOT day" so we did not have to rearrange any of our plans.
It's a small little dream, but a really nice surprise and something extra to look forward to.
