Yeah, if you are seated in the restaurant before party time, they will let you finish your meal. Then you will be escorted to the park exit. They do this all the time for MK parties.

Yes its fine.
They will escort you out if the park closes while you're eating and you do not have a special event ticket.

Get to the restaurant on time and don't step outside until the family is ready to leave and everyone has used the rest rooms etc.
