Thank you to everyone on these boards for your willingness to share your knowledge about DVC and for your enthusiasm (it is infectious!). After a couple months of research DW and I "made the call" yesterday. We are very excited and have planned the next 10 years 
. As you can see by our signature we're scheduled for a stay at POP over Christmas/New Years but are working with our guide and MS to try and get into our new home (SSR) for at least a portion of our stay if not all of it. We're really happy to be part of the DVC family. Now we just have to a) figure out how to tell our family members who already think we're crazy for our Disney addiction and b) how to "beat them off with a stick" when they want to "borrow" our points they thought we were crazy for buying in the first place
