We did a pre-registration video chat for the first time the other day. About 2 weeks before our 4-day trip. Question:

If we had done the pre-registration earlier, would more attractions have been available? Are Webslingers, Rise of the Resistance, and Webslingers available initially, but then "sell out" when all return times are taken?

BTW we did it first thing on a Saturday morning and only had to wait about 20 minutes, and we were done within 15 minutes.

Webslingers and Rise of the Resistance are not available at all for DAS Advance Selection. None of the attractions that are Individual Lightning Lane will be available for DAS Advance Selections. As long as they have a Standby Wait Line, you would be able to get a DAS Return Time at the park on the day of your visit.

This is a link to a list of attractions that may be available for DAS Advance Selections for Disneyland. A number of ‘slots‘ are available for each attraction. Once they have been assigne, there may be limited or no times available.
It‘s hard to know what will fill up most quickly; some guests are looking for thrill rides and others can only do the more tame attractions.

You can not preselect Web Slingers or RoR, however you can get a return time for them. My son used his DAS pass and rode Web Slingers 3 times in one day.
