Happy Friday everyone. Just a quick post to let you all know I haven't lost a single pound this week. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. :headache: And I thought I made good food choices this week. I have been drinking my water. And I have been to the gym.

I feel your pain. Tomorrow is my weigh-in and I will go crazy if I didn't lose anything again this week. It's so hard. Let's just keep trying.
 
I totally fell of WW the last 2 days. I did great all day and then I pigged out on Ice Cream. Why I don't know! I haven't eaten ice cream in months even without the diet. The ice cream thats in the freezer has been there for at least a month and I never even looked at it! ARGHHH!

Doing better this morning. I had 1 egg, onion, slice of light cheese and some blueberries.

Ice cream will get you every time! I rarely eat it but when I do I can never have just one scoop. ;)

Last night after dinner and a few chores I went out for a walk. I walked around my neighborhood very briskly for about 30 minutes. I am going to try to do this again tonight.

This morning, before work, I walked briskly for 15 minutes. I really do need to do other exercise also, but I'm happy that at least I am doing something.

I did pretty good today for breakfast cereal with yogurt, lunch was WW fetticinni with brocolli, dinner grilled pork chop spinach and tomato salad and a little bit of noodles. I drank my water today too. If nothing else drinking this water is filling me up I don't want to snack.

I didn't get all my water in yesterday but will today! I haven't been snacking much either but I do get a little hungry in between. I guess my body needs some time to adjust or I have to just get used to it!!! :lmao:

I do not think my scale moved either this week. We just have to keep it up, right? :hug:

Everyone is doing so great! The scale isn't moving for me this week. Nope, not losing inches either, I measure daily. I'm just going to keep trucking along for now. :)

I am sooo good with my H2O during the week, that even if i slack a little during the weekend with it, i feel it!! My key is to keep filling my 32 oz Nalgene with Ice water and taking it with me everywhere....I def. do not drink as much water when i am on the go on the weekends though..
 
Well ladies somehow despite myself I have lost 3 lbs this past week for a whoping total of 5 lbs in 2 weeks. :confused3 No clue how I did it, must be drinking all that water and not snacking when I get home from work.

I hope I can keep it off this weekend. I have a Tastefully simple party tonight.

We are doing pretty good. Using our 35 extra points slowly but surely. I am not going to weigh myself til we go to WW on Thurs...

Congratulations! You all seem to be doing so well! I am completely slacking with my exercise! I only hit 10k steps three days in the past 2 weeks! I will be back on track once my presentation for grad school is done. I have done pretty well with my diet and water, though. I am proud of that. I am on the right track, at least.

Breakfast - Kashi cereal 3 pts.
skim milk 2 pts.

Lunch - salad 0 pts
salad spray 0 pts.
5 chicken nuggets 6 pts.

Snack - 1 orange 1 pt.

Dinner - Roll 2 pts.
with roasted red peppers
grilled chicken 3 pts.
1 slice mozzarella 2 pts.

Sunchips - 6 pts

Total:25 pts.
 
Well, I have been stalled at 20lbs for weeks. I really wanted to lose 5 more lbs before vacation but unless I lose a pound a day there is no way it can happen now. I'm hoping to atleast lose one more pound before monday! UGH!

A doctor I work with told me to try adding more protein snacks to my diet so I'm going to give it a shot. :)
 
Well I seem to have gained a little over the weekend. Today I had my haircut so that should be good for at least 5 lbs :rotfl2: I'm trying hard to keep to my goals eating healthy drinking my water and exercise. Hopefully when I offically weight in on Saturday I see good news.
 
I finally saw the scale move after being stuck at 20lbs FORVER!!!! Hopefully just losing that 1 pound will kick start me & I'll be able to start losing weight regularly again! It felt so great to see a number I hadn't seen in years!! :)

I only lost 2.5 pounds this month. I tried hard, but I guess not hard enough. I will try to do better this month, despite the fact that I will be spending one week in VEGAS (THE BEST FOOD IN THE WORLD).

My body does look better, though. As a matter of fact, this morning I put on a pair of pants which were a little big. As soon as I left my house, I felt the pants FALLING OFF of me!!! I had to go back in the house and change into a pair which used to be tight (now they fit perfectly). Hooray!

I know what you mean! My scale doesn't say much has changed but clothes I was expanding out of when I started are now getting too big. Maybe I'm switching fat for some muscle?:confused3
