we are now into single digits and i myself and trying to keep from hyperventilating. this is our most ambitious trip ever. 3 nights at POR, 4 nights on the wonder, 2 more nights at POR and then 7 nights on the magic. we can't stand the wait.

mercy, we wanted to do more than a 7 day cruise and do park days also, so we opted to do the 4 and 7 day cruises to get the both of both worlds. we're so excited as we've never been gone this long on a vacation. the sad note here is this is our last family vacation together as my son and daughter are off to greater adventures, he to the seminary and she to a religious vocation as a sister in a community. we want this to be the best memory making trip ever.

All I can say is WOW!!!


Two cruises in one trip! We did both of those, but we did them a summer apart. How exciting! I hope you enjoy every minute of your vacation and your time with your kids. They grow up so fast, don't they? My DD will be 20 in a few weeks. Feels like she was just 5 to me.

Wish we were going back on another cruise this summer. Don't forget us DIS friends who need to hear about your trip when its over!

This post actually brought tears to my eyes! I am a softy and to think of not having a family vacation again is so hard. I know the day is coming for me too, sooner than I think.

I am glad you have such a grand adventure planned what an awesome memory it will make.

Have a super time and cherish each and every moment.
Take lots of pictures and make a scrapbook for each kid
to treasure forever! (as well as one for you, too)

Let me get this straight. You have a son who is going into the priesthood and a daughter who is becomming a nun. Wow. My aunt is a nun and she had an incredible life. My mom met the Holy Father (the Pope) years ago when he was in much better health. Before my aunt retired, she was the head of the fransiscan order of nuns. You are truly blessed.
