Hi guys,
Thank you so much for all the messages i have been reading them with Cam everyday even if I couldnt reply off my phone
you guys are fab !!
The morning of his operation cameron was so distracted opening all his cards and gifts that he never got upset until he was walking to theatre - everyone on the ward was gobsmacked at all the gifts and cards - Cam made us all laugh when half way through opening them he asked for help as his hands wer hurting opening so many cards - its a hard life
by 9am we had cards all over the bed aand mickey mouse confetti was adorning the whole of our bay
Cam Is home for now he is refusing to eat as he says it hurts when he chews but he was also getting quite distressed because he was missing his sibling and dad so the nurses struck deal that he could come home as long as he ate and we have till 5pm today to phone them and tell them he has eaten. Problem is I know Cam and the more you try and push him to do dsomething the more he will say no. Im hoping with a relaxed attitude at home he starts to eat. So far he has had a drinking yoghurt - not loads but better than nothing

Still opening cards and the bed is filling up . . .
I have took the picture of cards in our lounge and will add those in a minute as they were on my real camera !!

I'm so pleased that you are both home. I'm sure Cam will eat once he's settled. I look forward to seeing your pics
