We are home now....at WLV!!

We got here yesterday around 2pm. There are trees missing from all the storms and still some visible on the ground. But all else seems right in the World. We are in studio # 4542 facing the buses. It is a great view. We have never stayed on this side of the villas before. We can see the top of GF. Was that possible before?

We were able to see Wishes from certain points at the front of the Lodge. It was cool but sad at the same time cause you know trees are gone.

We were there last week and the most noticiable tree damage we saw was that you can now clearly view the Contemporary resort from the boat dock, something we couldn't do on previous trips.

We visited AK yesterday. We did all the things we wanted to do. We especially enjoyed Festival of the Lion King.

At 8:30 pm we ate at Ohanas and saw the MNSSHP fireworks from a great view! And the meal, MMMMMMMMMMMMM, MMMMMMMMMMM, good!!

We are heading to MK today. BTW, if you are a NASCAR fan, ask for a high floor view towards the buses. For me its a sweet sound, but Im from NASCAR country so dont think me weird.

I told DW this morning from now on I won't ask for the pool view, I will ask for the speedway sound view

Seriously, we went horseback riding at FW. Ate breakfast at Trails End. Went on the Sea Raycers. Let the kids swim while we relaxed by the quiet pool. Now we are rested, heading to DD for shopping and eat at RFC. Then end the evening at Winter Summerland for 18 holes.

Its still beautiful and having a great time.

How are the parks crowd wise? We are at OKW and doing a no park trip, maybe. Not sure if we will survive or cave before the week is over. We will be over to check out VWL. VWL is home for us too and I'm very homesick but still glad to be anywhere in the world. Enjoy!
