We are having a snowstorm!

Yikes. It started snowing here about 5:00 pm - a heavy, wet blanket. And we lost power about 7:00 pm...just came back on at 1:00 am. DH had to go into work at 7:30 pm so I fell asleep about 8:00 pm...meaning that I am now wide awake!

We have about 7 inches of snow on the ground right now...and they are saying it will continue all day long and I am running "bald" summer tires. Can't wait for that 16 mile commute over the mountain.

I know the Florida hurricanes are probably worse, but 80 degrees sounds pretty darn good right now!

Not to burst your bubble, but it isn't 80 degrees down here in Fl. Right now it is 55 degrees. So we are freezing as well, just no snow for us.
I am sorry to hear about the storm the North is experiencing though.
