Help! Please throw some pixie dust our way. We were hit with a big snowstorm here in CT last night. It's not suppossed to stop until late tonight and they are forecasting more on Saturday. We fly out on Saturday!!It's not forecasted to be anything major so hopefully it won't affect our 3:00 flight but a little pixie dust could only help! Thanks all!

Kelli, I am wishing you all the pixie dust necessary to get out of there and make that two week dream vacation come true. Just sent a smug email to my mother in Norwalk yesterday letting her know it was 70 degrees and we were outside in t-shirts and shorts here in Atlanta, and she told me about the snow. My snow shoveling days ended in the 80's, but for those of you who still live up there, I wish you all the pixie dust you need.

Do you fly out of Bradley? Can you get a non-stop from there to Orlando, or do you have to connect somewhere?

And pixie dust for great weather on your FLA week and on your cruise.

I'm in Marlborough CT and I was just hoping it wouldn't be a SNOW DAY for school! No such luck. They sent the kids home early yesterday because there was a half-inch of snow.

My cruise is in 115 days and I've been pricing airfare for a month. Not sure what a good fare is to Orlando but Song is the winner at $177 rt. And I hear they have video monitors at each seat for games and movies.

i live in western ny and know how frustrating it is to deal with winter weather & travel- due to some very near airplane misses due to weather over the past years i have decided no more winter vacations- i now go in may.... right now we are being slammed with freezing rain

Over here in the NE corner of CT we got 6-7" before it changed to freezing rain. They are now predicting a major ice storm. But remember, Kellimomo3, the weather will become milder the next two days. You'll get out fine!

The best thing about cold and snow is getting on the plane and landing in what feels like summer. That'll be one thing that I'll miss being down in Georgia...of course on the plus side its pretty warm here right now...

You are all so kind! I feel better already!! For those of you that told me to start driving, we are spending a week at the parks before our cruise on the Magic (1/15) so we have a cushion and will definately make it by our cruise!! The ice storm that they had predicted would follow last night's snowfall has in fact bypassed us so now we just have to clear out!!

Yes, we do have a direct flight out of Bradley. We are flying Song Airlines for $175 r.t. each.
