We All Know About Stacey, But Do You Remember...

The "Zippity Doo Dah Tip For Today?" My husband and I (then my BF ) went on a short trip in July of 2000 and stayed at the CBR. Three days of the "Zippity Doo Dah Tip for Today" was enough to drive my hubby whacky! Of course me singing it all day long didn't help either!

Anyone else remember that one?

Yes I actually miss that little jingle. I remember the host of that riding attractions with the big park hopper ticket.

That Zipp a Dee Doo Dah resort TV was my absolute favorite,the top 7's were good but I actually preferred it with Krissa than Stacey.I think the newest one "Must Do at Disney" is a huge dissapointment,hopefully it's short lived and when they open Space Mountain they can do a totally new and different one.

I miss it to, but I still sing it nine years later. Now THAT is a catchy jingle!

I remember it! I think we went every year from 98 to 2001 and I remember seeing it on each trip. I loved it, it definitely stuck in your head. I'm seeing a lot of Stacy bashing today. It's making me think Disney should ask our opinions when they audition her replacement

All the Stacey bashing lead me to post this thread. I've only been to WDW twice during her run, she isn't irking me yet. But, nothing from that promo has stuck in my head at all.

I do remember it and I miss it ...Stacy is meh. My 4 yr old loved stacy though, she kept the tv on and would tell me she is watching the Disney Ride channel

DS and I still sing Zippity Doo Dah all the way to WDW. We love Stacy too, but Zippity Doo Dah TV played when he was little and that makes it special!!

I just posted the link to the video on the Peter Pan thread. I have had it saved to my favorites on my computer for over a year now so that I can watch it often. It was my favorite too!

We LOVED Zippity Doo Dah and still miss it. Guess it was just one of the first things we experienced at WDW. Would love it if they brought it back, updated of course since so much has changed.

Poor stacy,me and my DS love stacy we have It on pretty much the whole time we are In the room,ya It can be kind of corny but its disney for we did not ever see Krisse,so its what we love go stacy!!

Thanx for the link!!! I have it on CD & listen to it in my car all the time. I have some on VHS that I taped on one of our trips.

Zippity Doo Dah Day was the best WDW TV yet.

And whoever said they should poll us on Stacey's replacement is right! No more Stacies. I keep trying to like it, but I just can't see any lasting appeal there. The newest incarnation is utterly forgettable.
