We added a room to a Free Dining Reservation after July 3!!

My friend's Mom decided to come along with our Grand Gathering in early October, but was told she couls not get the free dining since she was reserving after July 3rd.

However, after reading about it on these boards, I advised my friend to try to add her mother and another room to her reservation. She called, and after a few times being put on hold, she was told YES, as long as her mother got the same package and # of nights.

These boards are not only fun, but they are good for the budget!

My brother & his family are thinking about going the same time we are(Oct 2cd-9th). I wish I would have known this sooner so they could have gotten the free dining. But from reading your your post I am wondering if beings I already have the plan if I can book another room & get the free dining package if available. I assume if I can it would have to be the same resort? Am I wishing to much here

I think you can do it, as long as they stay the same number of nights and get the same package, and as long as there are rooms available under the dining plan at that resort. Only so many rooms at each resort were/are available with the free dining plan.
