:cool1:one month?!?! so exciting!!!!!

:yay: I can't believe how fast the time has gone.

YAY for the one month mark!

That must mean I'm getting to my two month mark soon.

Woo hoo for getting close to 2 months!

Aw this is exciting for us...your 1 month mark and my 1 week mark! :dance3:

Wow, I can't believe you leave in a week already! Awesome.

:dance3: Thanks for doing the one month dance with me.

:)OMG! I've have been so slacking from these boards lately trying to prepare for my cruise ! I can't believe you only have a month left!!!! :cool1::banana:
Time flys when we keep busy! :thumbsup2

Ohhh, what kind of cruise are you going on?! The time sure does fly...I can't wait. :dance3:

Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a good weekend. As usual it flew by. Saturday was a busy day with the basketball game and then the Danny Gokey concert. My sisters and I ended up getting in...we only had to wait 2 hours. :rotfl: It was so crazy because people were already waiting for the concert when my sisters got to the game around 11:00ish (had to get good seats, haha!)...the show didn't start until 7:00! :scared1: Atleast the weather was decent for those crazy people. But the show was really good!

So a couple countdowns to keep track of:
:wizard: 4 days until my birthday
:wizard: and more importantly, 29 days left until Disney World! AHHHH!!!

I guess it's about time I post some more park plans. I've done MK and Epcot so now it's time for DHS!

Disney's Hollywood Studios Plans

DHS EMH Schedule
4/7 PM EMH 10:00 pm-1:00 am
4/9 AM EMH 8:00 am-9:00 am

Just like many people, our DHS must-dos include all the headlining attractions:
:thumbsup2 Toy Story Mania
:thumbsup2 Tower of Terror
:thumbsup2 Rock 'n Roller Coaster
:thumbsup2 The American Idol Experience

Hopefully we'll be able to ride TSM, TOT, and RNRC atleast twice during our trip. Love them all! As for the AIE, I'm hoping to be able to do what we did in August: see one of the regular shows and then get to the finale.

Once those four are out of the way we can try to do some of the other rides/shows:
:thumbsup2 The Great Movie Ride...we didn't make it to this in August so this time maybe we can do it
:thumbsup2 The Backlot Tour
:thumbsup2 Indiana Jones or Lights, Motors, Action! since we don't go to the shows a lot
:thumbsup2 The Animation building...I've read about a lot of people doing the Animation Academy so I kind of want to try that

I also have to see the Block Party Bash parade this time. We always seem to miss it, or just catch parts of it. Not this time! And if we happen to catch the High School Musical Pep Rally I might stop to watch that. I don't really know if I'll go out of my way to see it since we've already seen it. We'll see. A lunch break at Pizza Planet will also be necessary.

We also have an ADR for the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater. Dad said we could eat there before going to Fantasmic if we wanted to.

Anything else I should add?

29 days! And 4 days til your birthday!

The DHS plan look really good! Are you definitely planning on seeing Fantasmic? We didnt see it in December and I really want to see it again, I'm just scared about having to wait like 2 hrs on line. That's precious park time! What do you think? :confused3

You're getting really close......:yay::yay::yay: Your plans look good---but, what about Beauty and the Beast? I never miss it! :goodvibes

I think you should definitely check out the Animation Academy. It is really neat! The next time we go I want to be sure to save the sketches because I want to frame them and hang them in our office! :) Happy Almost Birthday!!! :wizard:

Congrats on getting rid of the word "month" in your ticker! :)

Good DHS plans, too! :thumbsup2

We haven't done the AIE, and probably won't. DH can't stand AI! :confused3

Your plans look good! I do have one thing to add- Beauty & the Beast. I can never miss this one!

Do you have any pics from Danny?!

Congrats on being under a month and I don't want to miss it so I'll say it early...... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! :woohoo: :dance3:

I too would add Beauty and the Beast to your list, I never tire of that show. I would also add One Man's Dream. I haven't seen the movie in there yet but I love looking at all the displays.

Your plans at DHS look great!!!:thumbsup2 Love Toy Story Mania...so much fun!!:goodvibes If you get a chance definitely check out Block Party Bash...very cute parade!! YAY! for being under a month!!!!:yay::yay:

Happy (early) Birthday!!!!:)

I wouldn't say we're definitely planning on going to Fantasmic but I'd like to see it again. There have been a couple times when we've gone in a few minutes early and have been able to get seats. But since we've seen it before we don't usually wait 2 hours!

You're getting really close......:yay::yay::yay: Your plans look good---but, what about Beauty and the Beast? I never miss it! :goodvibes

I can't even remember the last time I saw Beauty and the Beast.

Yeah, the AA sounds so cool and what a neat "souvenir" to have.

Congrats on getting rid of the word "month" in your ticker! :)

Good DHS plans, too! :thumbsup2

haha, thanks!

Aww, you should still do the AIE. It is a lot of fun.

Yeah, I do have some pictures from the concert! I just have to get them uploaded and then I'll post 'em. :)

One Man's Dream is neat. Dad said something about maybe seeing the little movie they have in there.

Happy (early) Birthday!!!!:)

We did see Block Party Bash when they had it at Disneyland but that was 5 years ago! I definitely want to see it again. :thumbsup2

Thank you. :goodvibes

The Block Party Bash and One Man's Dream movie might be things to do on arrival day. If the plane is on time and we get into our room, it shouldn't be hard to get to DHS by 3 PM. The park may be mobbed, but we could still enjoy those things. Maybe the Animation Academy too; I wouldn't mind seeing that.

A boat ride over to the Boardwalk or Epcot could be fun too. I could see the balconies from the villa at the Boardwalk that Claire, Mom, and I enjoyed so much in January.

Ohhh, what kind of cruise are you going on?! The time sure does fly...I can't wait. :dance3:

Sarah,

I'm going on a 4day Bermuda cruise on Carnival! For my sister's 40th Bday!
I wanted at least a week but she wouldnt go for it! And it was her idea but she has a 3 and 2 yr old that will be home with dad! She don't get out often can you tell? I wanted Disney but when she found the afforability of carnival as oppose to Disney it went out really quick! She doesn't have the same love for Disney as we do as she hasnt been there since we were kids! Crazy huh? I tried to convince her to go while the kids were under 2 ! So they were still free but she wouldnt so maybe when there like 16!

I can't believe your trip is around the corner it will be here before you know it! Once you hit that 29 day mark seems like it flies! :woohoo:

Your plans look great for DHS. Definitely try the Animation Academy. At least draw twice. The first time is just practice and you'll be all warmed up for the second try.

Also, seek out the Churro. It's a yummy depp-fried pastry (that's the best way I can explain it) covered in cinnamon/brown sugar. It counts as a snack credit too, if you are on the dining plan.... can't remember if you are or not

AHH! Only 29 days to go?!?! The time is just flying by!

I worked at a camp over the summer and they actually made churros. They were pretty good! And of course the first thing I thought of was Disney World because I know they're so popular.
