The easiest way is to join photobucket (or some other photo storing site), and upload your pictures there. Then copy the bottom option (I forget what it's called, but there are three options you can copy your pictures from, and it's the bottom one). Then when you post, simply paste the link, and the picture should come out for you. When you are posting, you can do a preview of your post first to make sure it comes out alright.
