WDW website can't retrieve my adr

i booked an online adr on the wdw site for kona cafe and i have the confirmation email and #, but it's not listed on my reservations on my wdw profile. when i try to retrieve it with the confirmation # and my phone # it says it's not in their system...??

I had a problem like this a few days ago. It was there when I went back to check about an hour later. It happened with our room resort too. I was looking at the room resort, went to another site, went back and it said I had no reservations. I think maybe they are having flakey issues. As long as you have your confirmation number, you should be fine. If you want to be 100% sure, call 407-WDW-DINE.

yea. i figure something was weird w/ the website. my resort reservations show up just fine, but it says i have no dinner reservations. what's strange is when i type in the confirmation # and my phone # there is a little green check symbol that is right beside it before i click "retrieve confirmation"

You're not alone. Many of us have been having the same problem. WDW is having issues with their website. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, although I do know that the problem has been going on for more than a week already.

thanks. yea, i figured that. i just called this morning and they took care of it. as long as i have everything in email/confirmation, i'm not worried.

David, when you say that they took care of it, do you mean they did something so that you're now able to retrieve your dining reservations online or did you just make your reservations/changes over the phone?

yes. i called them to make sure it's in their system and they said yes. So, i don't really care anymore if i don't see it on the WDW website. i will have my confirmation email with me as well on my phone...
