WDW Water Rides

Does Disney intend to start providing life preservers on WDW water rides or should we bring our own? Splash Mountain had another boat sink so no indication maintenance is improving.

I hope they change the intercom messages to include-Women and Children First!

We need to stop making such a big deal about it. Otherwise, Disney may think we enjoy it and add it as a paid upgrade.
