Day 7 continued.....
DS and I are contently sitting there waiting for the parade in the drizzle. I am hoping in my heart they don't cancel it. We have this thing--- where on our last park day it rains. Rains so hard they cancel the parades. Keeps happening to us!!
Anyhow, DH and MIL appear. She was loaded down w/ bags. I asked DH how she was gonna pack all that to get it home. He says it's gifts for me and DS. You gotta be kidding me right????
I actually did think he was kidding. I ran off realy quick before the parade to go get everyone a FP for Indiana Jones. As well as to the candy shop for parade time treats. My cashier was from my local area. So I told him I was from that area and it turns out he only goes to school there but lives in Rochester NY. Oh well, closest I've come across a CM living in my area yet.
As I get back to our parade spots the rain is getting heavier and more steady. But--- the parade went on. It was a shortened version, and they were walking really, really quick. But it went on. DH got it on tape, and it's really kind of funny. Seeing all the characters w/ umbrella's. The walking CM's were speed walking. It was an expierence.
We hightailed over to Indiana Jones-- we actually had alittle bit of time since the parade was over so quick. I'm still dying to know whats inside that bag. What could she of possibly got me, and why????
Anyhow, we see Indy-- really cute. The park is a lot emptier now-- I think the rain drove the crowds away. We do muppets 3-D and then make our way to Fantasmic.
