WDW tripod size limits: Manfrotto 190CXPRO4?

Does anyone have any experience bringing the Manfrotto 190CXPRO4 into the parks? With the ball head, collapsed length is just a shade under 26 inches.

I'm apprehensive about getting held up at the gate because of its size and from everything I've read it sounds like enforcement of the size restriction is a bit subjective. (If it helps or complicates matters, we're planning on going the week of 12/8-1/2.)

I have a similar sized Manfrotto (maybe 24 in w/ head) and have never had a problem taking into the parks.

I carried mine in last year, and it's collapsed size in right around 22inches. Had no problems getting in or around the park.

I brought my Manfrotto in 2013 and had no problems. No one even made me take it off my bag to check the length.

Mine hangs on the side of my bag and no one has ever checked it. They look inside the bag and are done. I have used it extensively throughout the parks at night and have never been questioned.
