Hello,

I was wondering if any one has purchased the trip insurance that is offered when you book with Disney. It was quoted to me for about $100. If anyone did purchase it has anyone actually used it?

I found just Disney's cancellation policy alone to be alright with me. Can't recall exactly what is was, but something like $100 until a week out and then $200-250 per reservation within a week. Maybe the insurance covers other circumstances, such as once you arrive, I don't know, but I'm fine with their cancellation policy myself. I feel like I need to attach a disclaimer to this post :)

The above is only the opinon of the poster and should not be seen as council to forgo the trip insurance policy. :smokin:

Disneys cancellation policy is $100 fee if from 45 days -7 days.
$200 deposit from 7 - check in if you need to cancel.

That being said, a company that was written up in the paper recently that had great rates and alot to offer was access america. You can also add your air cost into it.
