WDW Transportation and Grab & Go Grub

Quick question about eating on Disney Transportation. Can you? Say DH and I were to arrive at WL around noon and just be SO EXCITED AND ANXIOUS to get to MK that we stopped at Roaring Forks, grabbed a "sammy," and headed out to catch the boat to MK. Would eating our sammies on the boat be OK?

I know that on our last trip, May 2006, you could not eat on the busses or the monorail so I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that most likley, you cannot eat on the boat either.

However, there's nothing stopping you from buying said sammy and eating it at the stop. When you're finished catch the next boat and you're good to go!
