WDW to USO to Airport - mode of Transportation?

For our April 2017 trip we have decided to split stay between WDW and USO. I have been cruising along, planning away, and then 2 days ago my husband dropped a bombshell on me...he wants to fly instead of drive. Sounds great - way less travel time and the kids will be ecstatic about not sitting in a car for 13 hours each way. I have read about ME and understand we can use this to get from the airport to WDW at arrival. But I'm unsure about transport between WDW and USO when we switch for our split stay and transport from USO to the airport for departure. I don't think we really want to rent a car as it will just sit other than for the transfers and we would have to pay for parking at USO. Would it be very expensive to use a cab? Or is there a car service that can be utilized? Or should we just suck it up and rent a car? There will be 5 passengers plus luggage.

I'd use uber or rent a car for a day to get from WDW to USO. From there to airport, I'd use a car service. There are several car services, that will get you right from USO to the airport.
I would say a cab for the two ways would be the most expensive. May also want to price from airport to WDW to USO to airport with a car service. Might be the best price overall. Look on the board for car services that all recommend.
