So this past February we flew to Fort Lauderdale and Ubered over to our Miami hotel a day prior to our Magic cruise. After the cruise we used DCL transportation to the Miami airport and did a one-way rental to WDW. This worked out OK but now we are thinking of doing a Magic cruise again in February 2020 but doing WDW first. Any recommendation on getting down to Miami from WDW besides renting a car or flying? Thanks in advance.

they can pick up at WDW hotels and deliver to the Miami cruise terminals

the basic Orlando station (near the airport) to Miami airport travel time is about 4 hours. They will shuttle from WDW resorts and then to the cruise terminal in Miami ... additional time in other words . . . you could also do your own UBER and possibly save a lil time.

Thanks for the advice Captain.

Rent a car at WDW. Alamo will pick you up. Drop off at Miami airport and the shuttle for free to the port.
