Wdw To Tampa?

Hi
can anyone recommend a way of getting to the Baseball stadium in Tampa from WDW?

we are going to Disney in the summer and my husband has decided he would like to go to Tampa to watch a baseball game, unfortunately we will not have a car and we are looking for suggestions on how he can get there and of course back again.....anyone got any ideas!

Looking at your signature line, it would appear that you will be at POP? You can just head over to the Dolphin, and rent a car there. It's close to POP, an easy drive back. Then, drive to Tampa, and drive home to WDW again. It's an easy drive. I've started doing that a lot since my ds moved to Tampa.
Otherwise, there really isn't a way to get to Tampa. I believe there is a bus that runs from Orlando to Busch Gardens but that's about it.

There are, of course, trains (Amtrak) and buses (Greyhound) from Orlando or Kissimmee to Tampa. Neither may be particularly convenient for getting to the game, given the operating schedules and necessary trips to/from the stations, but there are ways to make the trip without a car (or taxi, towncar, etc.).
