WDW to HHI anything to see along the way?

We are driving to HHI after a week in WDW, is there anything we should see, stop at along the way? Great place for lunch?

The two times we drove from WDW to HH we didn't want to stop in order to maximize time in HH

On others drives to/from WDW, we've stopped at St Augustine to walk around and eat.

We love Dixie Crossroads at Titusville, but it isn't very far from WDW. Have also eaten at Huddle House (diner type restaurant) while one the road. Jacksonville has many good places to eat.

St Augustine but it is a bit close as it is in northern Fl, and Savanah which is a bit close to HHI. but both are well worth at least a day each.
