WDW SWGE: Now taking reservations for Oga's, Droid Building & Lightsaber's

Website is slow and quirky - probably way too many people trying to get one. Was able to make one for OGA's for our December rip. (Didn't try for Droid or Lightsaber).

Wouldn't surprise me, but how nice, not working with the browser that has 2/3 of the market.

I got that a few times, too. Annoyingly long, it was. But wait it out. You will get through. I got an error message at very end, but it made the reservation anyway. Got confirmation email and it shows in my MDE account.

Look at your MDE account on another window or browser. Your reservation & confirm might be there. That's what happened for me.

I am leaving for a vacation on Friday and trying to wrap up everything at work and wasn't on the dis when this was announced. So sad LOL
I'll just obsessively look for this ressie on September 11 like I'm looking for my Friday, September 13 WL LOL

Do we think the land will have capacity issues that limits the amount of people that will be allowed in? If so, will these reservations allow access?

I couldn’t find anything for more than one person for the entire week that we are there. It’s not a big deal. We weren’t expecting SW:GE to even be open when we made our plans for September. But it would have been cool to see Oga’s.

Don't think there are any limits beyond what they have for regular ADRs. I've seen reports of people booking all three for same day.

I managed to book the droids for September but no availability left for Oga's while we are there. Will have to keep trying.

I was able to get all three for our Dec trip. It is possible. We are only a party of 2 and only doing 1 person for droid/lightsaber. Not sure if that made a difference.

I was able to score rsvps to the droid and lightsaber, but despite 3 calls (each holding for over 70 mins) I have not been able to get reservations to Oga. The most infuriating part is that I had three reservations online and when I went to confirm my credit card they all disappeared. I’m starting to get worried about capacity issues during opening weekend, and this poor way of handling reservations (no priority given to people staying on property) is pretty concerning.

Lucky you! I lost 2 reservations right at the end the couple of times it processed thru most of the way.

Would have been a nice time to be pleasantly surprised by Disney IT.

I lost 3 and I’m now on my fourth 1 hour plus hold trying to speak to someone on the phone. I’m not sure why I keep trying when it’s clear that there will be nothing available by the time they decide to pick up my call. Super annoyed.

Great success! After many hours and calls I was finally able to secure reservations to Oga’s Cantina and the Droid Depot. Super excited!
