WDW site not accepting my CC.... anyone else having issues?

Not sure where to post this but for the past two days I have been trying to add Memory Maker to my MDE account. I get to the checkout screen and put in my credit card number and it immediately tells me the CC # is invalid. I've tried 3 different cards and they all give me the same message. I was going to "chat" with a customer service rep on the website, but it doesn't even allow me the option to do so, saying all reps are busy. Anyone else having issues?
 
Similar issue with the Disney Cruise Line website. I'm trying to pay off our balance, and it keeps telling me that there's a problem with processing my payment (not an issue with the number). When I used the chat feature, the agent said she hadn't heard of an issue (and didn't check to see if there was one reported).
 
When trying to make payments towards our trip for November it would not accept my Disney Visa so I would have to call every time to pay over the phone. Depending on the rep I was either told it was a known issue being worked on or the person did not know why it was happening.
 
Same issue and when I called, they said to try clearing cookies or open an incognito window. Weird but the incognito worked
 

My wife was trying to buy Not So Scary tickets and couldn't get the site to work over the past 2 days, she tried on the app tonight and it worked no problem.
 
Yup, and with FP changes and ADR modifications. All of MDE has been a complete mess for the past few days.
 
I have had this problem periodically over the last few years. A big pain when it happens because calling takes forever sometimes
 
Hm. I booked a dessert party today and on the last step the screen just switched over to the main Disney site. I have no idea if it booked. Sounds like there are some issues.
 
The last time I had a payment issues, I just left an email. I received an email back the next day and all was well again. I'd go that route unless you're in a rush, in which case, pay over the phone.
 
When one of the Disney suits hears there's a problem with people trying to give them their money, I expect it'll get resolved pretty quickly.;)
 
Yes - I had problems all of last week (Tuesday through Saturday morning.) I did finally get it resolved Saturday, so hopefully your issue is now fixed as well.
 
DH has the exact same problem (trying to add MM, kept getting a message that the CC # is invalid)
 
So I opened up a different web browser that I don't normally use... internet explorer, and deleted all browsing history/cookies. Was able to add Memory Maker with no problem. Normally I use Chrome, not sure if that matters.
 
I can't see any of my FP selections, either through the web browser, or through the app. Disney IT is a mess.

Had issues a year or so ago. I cleared my history and cookies ... then no problems.
