Doon's Cove Pool and Spa (Beach Club Villas Resort) closed through 4/18/08 for refurbishment.

Jaguar Pool Slide at The Lost City of Cibola Pool (Coronado Springs Resort) closed through 4/18/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use the City of Cibola Pool during this time; only the slide will be closed.

Yacht Club Quiet Pool (Yacht Club Resort) closed through 4/25/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use Stormalong Bay and the Beach Club's Quiet Pool during this time.

Minnie's Country House (Magic Kingdom) closed through 4/23/08 for refurbishment.

Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop (Downtown Disney) closed through 4/24/08 for refurbishment.

The American Film Institute Showcase & AFI Showcase Shop (Disney's Hollywood Studios) closed through 5/1/08 for refurbishment.

BoardWalk Inn Quiet Pool (BoardWalk Resort) closed through 5/15/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use BoardWalk's two leisure pools or Stormalong Bay Pool at the Yacht & Beach Club Resort.

Journey Into Narnia (Disney's Hollywood Studios) closed through 6/26/08 for refurbishment.

Mickey Avenue (Disney's Hollywood Studios) closed through at least Spring 2008 for installation of the Toy Story Mania attraction.

Innoventions East: Environmentality Corner (Epcot) closed through 7/31/08 for reburishment.

Food and Fun Center (Contemporary Resort) will remain closed until approximately 8/14/08. A temporary counter service location (Tempo Grab and Go) is open near the Outer Rim Lounge on the 4th Floor.

Old Port Royale Feature Pool (Caribbean Beach Resort) closed through 9/15/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use the six leisure pools located throughout the resort. Small waterslides for children will be added at the Barbados and Jamaica village pools and enhanced children's recreation activities will be offered.

Animal Kingdom Villas will be under construction through 4/30/09. The construction will occur in phases. During this time, guests will hear and/or see construction staff and equipment inside the resort as well as in the external areas of the property during the daytime hours.

Upcoming

8TRAX (Downtown Disney) closed 4/18/08 - 4/22/08 for refurbishment.

Grand Slam Pool (All Star Sports Resort) closed from 4/21/08 - 5/16/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use the Surfboard Bay Pool during this time.

Cinderella's Golden Carrousel (Magic Kingdom) closed 5/4/08 - 5/24/08 for refurbishment.

Stormalong Bay Pool Slide (Yacht & Beach Club Resort) closed 5/5/08 - 5/11/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use the Stormalong Bay Pool Complex, only the slide will be closed, or use the Luna Park Pool Complex at the Boardwalk Resort.

Toontown Playground (Magic Kingdom) closed 5/5/08 - 5/15/08 for refurbishment.

BoardWalk Villas Quiet Pool (BoardWalk Villas Resort) closed 5/19/08 - 5/30/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use the Luna Park Pool and the BoardWalk Inn Quiet Pool during this time.

Jungle Cruise (Magic Kingdom) closed 5/11/08 - 5/24/08 for refurbishment.

Cap'n Jack's Restaurant (Downtown Disney) closed 5/12/08 - 5/17/08 for refurbishment.

Piano Pool (All-Star Music Resort) closed 5/12/08 - 5/21/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use the Calypso feature pool or any other pool at Disney's All-Star Music Resort.

Nine Dragons (Epcot) closed 5/29/08 - 11/30/08 for renovations.

Concourse Steakhouse (Contemporary Resort) is expected to close permanently 5/31/08. A table service location called The Wave will open in the old Food and Fun Center location at that time. A new counter service restaurant will open in the old Concourse Steakhouse location approximately 8/14/08.

Pirates of the Caribbean (Magic Kingdom) closed 6/05/08 - 6/18/08 for refurbishment.

High Rock Spring Pool Slide (Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa) closed 9/8/08 - 9/26/08 for refurbishment. Guests may use the High Rock Spring Pool during this time; only the slide will be closed. All other pools at Saratoga Springs will also be open.

Old Key West Village Pool Slide (Old Key West Resort) closed 1/5/09 - 1/23/09 for refurbishment. Guests may use the Old Key West Pool; only the slide will be closed. All other pools at Old Key West will also be open.

i just read the weekly allearsnet.com newsletter and it mentione that the Fort Wilderness pool is being re-furbished (adding waterslide, hot tub, water play area for kids). Does anyone know when that is slated to take place?
