WDW Re-Opening: Guest Follow-up and Tracing COVID-19 After Visiting

The Governor and the Task Force have not said anything about tracing outbreaks of COVID-19 infection after the tourists return home. I get the impression that as long as new infections are only counted in the tourists home states, Florida can and will keep saying THEIR numbers are lower than expected! Lack of transparency will put us all at risk going forward!
Perhaps visitors could use a simple post-card which they would fill out 14-21 days after their vacation....any place where tourists collect in large numbers (over 50 people). Otherwise we will never know the actual rates of new infections at Disneyworld or any other gathering place for tourists in Florida.

Why...Because if WDW and other tourist attractions in Florida are infecting hundreds or thousands of people when they re-open, and then send them home to infect others and be Counted Only in thir own states; NOT FLORIDA, that is beyond irresponsible! It actually borders on criminal.

The information should be collected by the Department of Heath and Safety. They can do it securely.

WDW is NOT infecting anyone. The people who choose to vacation there are responsible. JUST as the persons storming State Capitols and beaches and demanding Re-opening while not maintaining social distance and going maskless at the same time.

I agree that there are a lot of stupid people out there. Disney knows this too. And that is precisely why it would be irresponsible for them to re-open before there is a vaccine. If Disney re-opens; people will flock there...if they stay closed, people will not have that choice.

I think Walt Disney World Parks have an exceptional, economic impact to Florida. I'm pretty confident the powers that be are working hard to get those parks OPEN. I have my own ideas how it should occur. One thing is certain, I won't be there for about a year. And that's assuming things Covid related get better.
I was supposed to be there right now 5/2 thru 10.

I wonder what could be done using Magic Bands to do contract tracing? Could WDW create a database of who's where and then if someone reports having it later go back and see who's MagicBands were near who during the visit.

Of course if Disney IT had to write the code for it, it would take 5 years, billions of dollars and not work correctly. Maybe they could get Google or Apple to write it for them.
