WDW Passes thru Alamo

I was under the impression that you could purchase certain WDW passes via Alamo if you rented a car from them...

Well, I just got off of the phone with "Grace" who indicated that they no longer sell WDW passes from Alamo.

The correct answer is:
A. She is misinformed - they still sell them
B. I am uninformed - they never sold them
C. I am I the last to know that Alamo no longer sells WDW passes.

You are not uninformed they HAVE sold them and possibly still DO sell them.

Some people just don't get it. them not us!!! I called costco onetime and some guy told me they don't sell cat 12's eather told him thanks called back and got someone who new what they are doing. anyway call them back and tell them sorry I know you do becouse my couson just got tickets threw you last week. What they do is transfure you to the special disney ticket agent at the park. (maybe thier alimo on sight spot) and they know about them they transfured me. they will tell you that you have to have a res. to get the tickets. good luck just make something up or ask for a supervisor.

Did you call the number on the website that is particular to the ticket sales? or an ordinary Alamo customer service number? My understanding is that the special phone number is to Disney itself, even though it is listed as Alamo's ticket information.

Go to the front page of their website www.alamo.com ....on the bottom left of the page, you will see Cinderella, that morphs to "official rental car" and morphs again to the Disney logo. Click on that morphing picture. Then you will see a list of links....scroll all the way to the bottom where it will say "Disney Ticket Sales"...and there's the phone number. The ad was still there this evening. I can't link you directly because it is apparently some kind of pop-up.

I don't know if you have to have a rental contract with them to participate, and there is no information about what kind of tickets they sell.

I got my passes last month but not exactly with alamo, I tried the phone on their website and I was connected to WDW directly so I tried another phone that I got from http://www.mousesavers.com/specwdwtix.html

(888) 317-6392, it takes you to Disney preferred ticketing, I told them I had a res. to rent a car with Alamo and that I needed to purchase passes and they helped me out and they knew what I was talking about! I purchased 3 day park hopper passes with 1 plus option... they asked for my alamo confirmation number also...
