WDW merchandise for “Boo” (Monsters Inc)?

Hi, heading down next week a friend asked me if I could bring her back some “Boo” merchandise. Does anyone know if that still exists? And so, where? I think she’d appreciate anything, even if it’s small like a keychain etc..
