WDW 'Head Office' Job?

I have seen a number of posts about front-line jobs in the Parks etc. but I am wondering if anyone has any experience with more head office type jobs, just out of curiosity. I have a number of years experience in project/program management, regulatory and compliance managment etc. Sometimes I think it would be very interesting to work at a company like Disney in my field as there are so many aspects to the Company. If anyone has or current does work for Disney in this capacity I would be very interested in hearing about your experiences! Thanks.
