WDW dining...in your oppinion what restaurant serves the best breakfast?

Kona has the best Pineapple Macadamia Pancakes and French Press Coffee I've ever tasted.

Whispering Canyon has an awesome 'all you care to eat' breakfast skillet. LOVE it!

Dh and I just went to the Crystal Palace and the food was very good and very fresh. Good time with the characters too. Also, it was worth the price to be in the MK with hardly anyone else. :)

But I must say that Boatwrights has fabulous sweet potato pancakes with cinnamon pecan butter that is just to die for.:woohoo:

Sadly, Boatwrights no longer serves breakfast.

No breakfast at Boatwright's anymore:scared1: That breaks my heart, we loved it there, we haven't been there since summer '08, but wow.

Anyone remember when Tony's used to serve breakfast? They had the best breakfast fritatta's YUMMMMMMMMM

Surprised not to see this mentioned, Trails End at FW.

Kona Cafe-I fell in love with Tonga Toast.

I also agree with Aaron, Fresh at the Dolphin is very good.

Two favs and for different reasons.
Boma a delicious unique experience.
Kona for the Tonga Toast and Kona coffee.

:cool1:

Garden Grove in The Swan has a great breakfast buffet (with characters on the weekends) with lots of good choices, fresh-squeezed OJ and Starbucks coffee. Even the freshly cut fruit salad tastes better than other locations...

There is a separate menu available as well with Eggs Benedict, steak and eggs and such...

Crystal Palace is our favorite with Donald's Safari Breakfast a close second (and we don't even have kids!). We tried Boma on our last trip and were actually pretty underwhelmed considering the amount of folks I see on here that really love it. Maybe we were just there on an off day.

I put a similar question to the Podcast last month...Fresh was recommended and is definitely on our list if we score BWV or BCV for our December trip - otherwise I'm not sure how easily we could get there for breakfast.

We've done 'Ohana, Crystal Palace (several times), Chef Mickey's, CRT (twice) and Cape May most recently, for the ones I remember.

Foodwise, CP, Chef Mickey's and Cape May all seemed similar to me. It's the environment that differs. Chef Mickey's was the most chaotic. The other two were nicer.

CRT gets a bad rap, but we have generally liked the food. But it definitely isn't a must do for us either.

'Ohana was decent, but I don't remember a ton (it was 4 years ago).

I have booked Cape May Cafe for breakfast in June, what do people think of that restaurant?

I did that one last trip in AUg. Was great. Lots of food choices and characters :) We liked it.

I will vote for the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Akerhaus. The potatoes were very good.

THE must do breakfast place for us....before having kids and after having kids, is Crystal Palace. Breakfast in the Magic Kingdom can't be beat (well, the coffee is better at Boma;)) and it is the best run character breakfast, in my opinion. Throw in some breakfast lasagna and puffed french toast, and it is a for sure winner.

We went out of our way to eat breakfast at trails end one trip and you certainly got less offerings for the smaller cost. Not worth the trip, IMHO, unless of course you are staying there or have an event planned there for the day.
