Sunday December 3- very cool, windy, and cloudy. High of 60.

I woke everyone at 7am. I was feeling somewhat better and couldn't wait to see the Magic Kingdom, and show it to my friends.

We ate a quick breakfast at the house and were on the road by 8. We made it well before rope drop. The magic was still there as I remembered. We stood on Main St. for a few minutes and let it all soak in, we were finally here!

I had decided to try and utilize fastpass as much as possible as the crowds seemed HUGE! I sent Bob over to Tomorrowland to get FPs for Buzz while we started out in Fantasyland. We tried to get on Pooh but it was not working. Over to Dumbo where the line was already 40 minutes long at 9:05! No way am I waiting so we head over to Snow White. No wait there or at Peter Pan, Small World, Tea Cups, Carousol, and then the 10am show for Lion King. We went on a couple of these rides twice. After that we headed over to Tomorowland for our Buzz Lightyear ride. On the way, we stop for more FPs for Space Mountain and Buzz. You are allowed to get another FP one minute after the start of your previous FP. This helped us go on a LOT of rides without waiting.

After Buzz we split up and the guys went on Space mountain and the girls took the little ones on Buzz again. I scored over 200,000 points the second time! Abby just liked spinning the car around and only got a score of about 300.

We went on TTA and Carousol of Progress when it opened at 11. I love both of these rides, I don't care if they seem out dated. They are pure Walt.

We had late lunch PSs at Crystal palace and had packed lots of snacks in our backpacks to hold us over. This worked out pretty well, but at some point we all had to have a Mickey bar, mmmmm!

We made our way to Frontierland, Adventureland and Liberty square via fantasyland and stopped to get a FP for Pooh. The line at that point was non existent so we went on and skipped getting a FP.

After that it was haunted mansion, FP for Splash, and went on Big Thunder Mountain. (Longest wait all day 20 minutes)

Time for lunch with Pooh! It was 2:45pm and a perfect time to eat. There were hardly any people in there and the characters really fussed with the kids alot. The food was very good and my friends were quite impressed.

After that it was Frontierland for Country Bear Jamboree. I just love the Holiday show they do here! Finished up adventureland at Pirates, Tiki room, Jungle Cruise and Tom Sawyer Island.

At 5pm Donna and I went to stake out a spot for the Electrical parade. We sat close to the beginning, by the front where they do the opening ceremony for the parade. The guys took Abby, Shannon, and Chris and were able to get on Dumbo with just a fifteen minute wait. We sat and talked and the time flew by. The parade was magnificent! It was a pleasant ending to a great day. We were right by the front entrance so we quickly made our way to the monorail and the TTC. We were home by 7pm.

It was a very long day and we saw most of the park. My favorite part of the day was when Bashful kissed our friends daughters hand at the MSEP. She was quite bashful too and it was so cute...

Things seem to be getting better. Glad you had a great day in the parks. :D

That sounds like a very magical day. I'm so glad you were able to go to the parks. :)

You're the first person I've ever heard of that got to walk onto Pooh without much wait. That's great!

Thanks for sharing your trip with us.

Lisa :)
