Do you have any questions or any worries or corncerns or do you require website support on WDW, DCL, Universal or Undercover tourist well if you need anything these websites have live chat features on websites and on MDE app and Universal Orlando Resort app. The response time is really excellent. If you have a question regarding your reservation just ask for the form in order to give the agent permission to retrieve your reservation and fill in the form and them ask them a question regarding your reservation that you'd like to ask.
Due to confidential and security the agent will not be able to help you with merchandise, onboard gifts etc you must ring instead.
If you noticed a glitch on Disney cruise line navigator app or My Disney Experience App and noticed your reservation has disappeared you can be reassured that everything is ok by using the live chat on the websites. If you are looking for a ride in the Disney park or Universal park you can use the website and use the live chat to ask for directions. If the live chat feature button isn't on the website it means that the office is very busy at the moment.
