I had the nicest, helpful girl assist me on the phone.
Last year I purchased 8 day MYW passes x 2 - no expiry and couldn't find them for our upcoming trip.
Thank goodness, WDW customer service found me in the computer and now I have my tickets back.


The girl spent quite a bit of time searching the system for me.
