WDW @ Christmas Must Do's?

Every trip to WDW so far has been in the summer (hot and humid). Finally going at Christmas and wondering what specific Disney Christmas stuff we should catch. We only have two now:

1- Catch the Osbourne lights coming on
2- Catch the Christmas day parade

I'm sure there has to be more than this and no better place than this for suggestions.

when/where is the the Christmas day parade? is there a link w/dats for this December? TIA =)

Take a trip around to different resorts and check out the Christmas trees in their Lobbys. It's easy to hop on the momo-rail and check out the Contemporary, Grand Floridian and Polynesian and if you have a car it's easy to check out the other resorts.
