WDW Christmas Day parade - Time?

Does anyone know what time the WDW Christmas Day parade will air on CBC or ABC in the Toronto area? I have tried to search both website with no luck. Our local newspaper's TV guide has limited daytime listings and I didn't see the parade listed.

I know this was Joey Fatone from 'N Sync or Dancing With the Stars last year. He was there watching with his wife and kid.

Not sure who the guy was with the mic keeping the crowd entertained.
