WDW buses after checkout?

On our last day, we are going to Epcot, before heading to another hotel in Orlando. I had assumed we would check out in the morning, before going to Epcot, leave our luggage at Pop Century, catch the bus to Epcot and then back to Pop to pick up our luggage before catching a taxi to our next hotel.

But if we officially check out before heading off to Epcot for the day, will we still be able to use the buses from/to Pop Century?
