WDW bus from Pop to Poly for early morning ADR

We have an ADR for 8:05 a.m. at Kona Cafe in a couple weeks. I'm thinking we can just take the bus for MK then the monorail/boat to Poly but I'm not sure if all of that will be operating that early.

It takes a while via bus to get from Pop to MK (20+ minutes), plus we have to factor in time waiting for the bus to arrive (10-15 minutes), plus the time to get from MK to Poly (???). Because of this I'm thinking we need to get to the bus stop around 7 a.m. But, do the buses to MK even operate that early? And if so, would we be able to get from MK to Poly via Monorail/boat?

Buses start at 6:30 am. I would be at the bus stop by 6:45.

The resort monorail starts at 7:00.

If you want to save time, you can take a cab.

The buses will be up and running by 6:30am. Too get to Kona for an 8:05 ADR, you will need to be out at the MK bus stop by 6:45. These buses tend to run a bit less frequently than regular buses do. That will get you to MK by 7:30, latest. Then, monorail over to the GF.
When you board the bus, ask the driver which is faster to the Polynesian..the boat or the monorail.....you may be offered a ride right to the Polynesian on the buses way out of the area. Not a sure thing, but it can happen.

Yes. We stayed at Pop a few weeks ago and had an ADR at BOG for 8am. We took the MK bus at 6:45am. As people got on, the driver asked where everyone was going. Some were going to the Poly and some were going to Chef Mickey's. The driver dropped the MK people off first and then he drove the other families to their breakfast ADR's.
