I just noticed a new menu item for the WCC skillet which is shrimp. Will they substitute more ribs or chicken in place of the shrimp? We were looking forward to ordering the skillet in a few weeks but we don't like seafood.
I haven't eaten there, but as I understand it, the skillet is all-you-can-eat, so I would think that you could just have them leave the shrimp off and ask for more of the other things.
We found the skillet to be poor quality. The food was dry and over cooked. The quantity served was small and when we asked for more it took 20 minutes. They brought 2 pieces of chicken, a 4 inch piece of sausage, and 2 ribs.
