A hello from our little friends...

which one is the king???

Tammy & Cherie -The dogs are super-cute. That's the size dog I think I want and they are good for allergies. Ken wants a bigger dogger (at least knee height) and neither of us want to clean up dog poo, so no dog yet, but maybe someday . . . .

Ken and Shannon

I forgot tell you that I often see your first photo of halloween at wdw?

It look so beautiful and wonder if you put up with frame?

What a lovely colourful photo.:thumbsup2

ok, trying to study, not happening too well.

I have welt on the palms of mu hands....two on one and one on the other....they hurt....they remind me of a bite and a reaction to it, but there is no bite....they are hot and the one hand is starting to run a faint red line up my arm. The nurse at work was busy today but I am going to see her in the am.

What I could research sounds like cellulitis but I have no wound that it would begin with. The points are swollen a bit and hurt like heck! I am a bit worried....

Sounds nasty, hope its getting ready and is just some weird reaction to some plant you've touched.

Update about my dad:

He woke up and is in pain but they think he will make it. I stayed at the beach the whole time and ended up having a great time. I haven't got caught up and probably won't since I am doing more scrapping swaps than ever (even a DCL one!). I will read a few pages back but hopefully didn't miss too much.

:grouphug: Sounds like you're super busy

Would that be $2.00?

Wow, I was going to ask what the heck is a Twoonie. I'd never heard that before. Loonie, twoonie, at first I thought it was some sort of play money (Looney Tunes themed), but then I realized it must be real money because what kid would want fake money from the tooth fairy! Don't mind me, just another non-blonde, blonde moment. :lmao:

Sorry, my bad - as Ken has to remind me occasionally, not everybody can understand what I'm talking about, since its an international thread. My comeback - it generated discussion, so its all good. ;)
I have many, many blonde moments (just bit your tongue Ken!)

Are you trying to take my friends away from me?

You know We wouldn't leave you - but you can join Facebook - Ken has a Ship of thieves application up there. Then you can get a Wii and one of those long numbers that means you can join up with others.:lmao:

I know but I'm trying to change that. Any suggestions?

I've never been able to change it but good luck!!

My PC laptop hates me right now, so does Mom (cmash95)

It wont let me edit the last of my photos (day 15 / LA) I'm giving it 24 hours cool down and try again... In the mean time i've been editing a few videos together, starting near the end going around... Most of pub night has been uploaded...

Just need help placing names with who did what in "if i Were not upon the sea" that way when I then do the photos, and edit the captions on smugmug i also got their names correct there.

Thanks all... It really was a memorable cruise. (The trip report is by Cmash95, photos by Figment1986.)

I've enjoyed the trip report and the photos are excellent.

V, I hope this settles overnight(sometimes our own immune system does well), otherwise get yourself to the nurse/doctor very soon.

I bought a wireless router and set it up and had it working in minutes. However, that was done without the security settings on the wireless router. Something I don't recommend. I just had to go into the console and tell it to look for the wireless connection and presto chango it was done. It does make it pretty handy to get upgrades to the firmware as well. Not to mention downloading games (something I'm yet to try) from Nintendo - they have some great classic games available for download, and adding different Wii channels.

No we still haven't put it up in a frame. It's still sitting on my computer waiting to get printed out. ONe problem with digital for me is actually going about and taking the time to print out the pics and put together a photoalbum. Usually when I want to look at pics I just go to the computer and start looking.

I haven't printed a photo out for at least 4 years! Our son has a digital frame which is quite nice.

Well that is good news.

Hi Marilyn!!!

I'm off to bed now... gotta get SOME sleep!!! :rotfl:

Hi to John for me!

Hi All......so I finally got my income tax refund check yesterday. I only filed it on Feb 10 online. So the very first thing I did was check on the cruise that I had to cancel. Well they changed the itinerary. Instead of going to Costa Maya they're going to Grand Cayman. It's still a double dip on CC. Then it's double the price for the Cat 6 that I cancelled. And they said the only balconies left were white block not full glass. I'm not sorry that I had to cancel, except to see our friends Kat and Jim. I've already sent them a couple of emails.......next I will have to call them to see if we're meeting them after their cruise at World. Then I'll be able to firm my dates of travel to World.

Want to laugh.......I lost my economic stimulus check the same way that I lost my refund check. Now I'll have to spend the next six months to get that fixed and receive that check.....by then it'll be time to file again for another new year......and I can start this process all over again if they don't fix it permanently.

I have another doctor appointment to take Ray to today.

Lisa/dl5 I sent you a PM with more coke numbers and a note about Bethany Beach on the fourth.

YEAH.....me and John are going to our place of retirement......we still have to wait another 3 years before we can live there so we're visiting this fourth of July weekend and then we can do fireworks on the beach. We're staying in Seaford, near the land in Laurel. We'll visit the beach in Bethany. John will play with his GPS who he named Gabby. We love it there. Delaware here we come......Lower, Slower Delaware......a perfect place to grow old near the sea.

So what are all of your 4th of July plans (I mean our US friends. I know Canada Day is coming up, well for you UK people, I suppose you're going to think twice before you increase the tax on tea).

Seriously, what plans are afoot?

We are doing nothing. I think we're going to see Wall*E on Friday night and on Saturday we're going to the zoo.

It's also time for me to put gas in Mrs. Fezziwig. She only has 1 gallon left. The last time I put gas in her was around May 5th.

No real 4th of July plans though, no cookouts or picnics planned. I'm just looking forward to a nice, relaxing long weekend.

Hi Deborah, Ian and kids.......Deb, it sounds like a really nice summer day for you and the family.

I love your new pictures of our recent trip.....they're so nice.

I'll send some pics of the fourth of July weekend by the sea. It's beautiful there.

Legs are ok.....slow progress, but progress.

The kids must love the clubs with all the activities. How is Olivia's tooth now? Is it all fixed and now you can relax?

I miss seeing your smiling faces.

Hi Ian, John and I will raise a glass by the hotel pool to you and the infamous Sukie for the fourth of July. You both could raise a few glasses too during your nice relaxing at home weekend......it couldn't hurt!

I am going out with friends for meals and drink.

UK Petrol is very expensive nowaday. Now I am walking to work, only up the road take me about 20 mins walking. (Need exercise;) )

Great, will wait to see the photos of 4th July:thumbsup2

Olivia got fixed her teeth by laser. Same one that she broke last year and Densist told Ian's dad that it will broke off again in future:sad2: But her teeth look much better nowaday.

That is good your leg get slow progress but will get better later.

Good morning early risers! I'm not usually up yet at this hour but woke up about 1/2 an hour ago and decided to stay up. Will get ready for work in about 1/2 an hour.

Deb - I'm so glad you get to go to 1 of your happy places this weekend. I know how much you love it there. Drive safe.

Deborah - did you & Ian see the pic of you at the wine tasting? I love the new pics in your signature.

Ian - no plans for the 4th for me....plan an easy, mostly lazy weekend but I do need to do some :laundy: and maybe go through some boxes.

Anyone here near Seabright NJ?? I just heard that there is a pod of dolphins (maybe 20) are in the river there....amazing to see.

No, my bad...because I tend to forget that we're from so many different countries here. Since you're all just in my kitchen, or with me at work every day, I just don't think you're all so far away. :goodvibes It's like we're all neighbors. :grouphug:

Tammy & Cherie -The dogs are super-cute. That's the size dog I think I want and they are good for allergies. Ken wants a bigger dogger (at least knee height) and neither of us want to clean up dog poo, so no dog yet, but maybe someday . . . .

Tell Ken that I didn't think I would care for a small dog after years of having BIG dogs. However that has changed in a Big (small) way. Mickey has a heart as big as any rotie not to mention he thinks he is the biggest dog on the block in spite of the fact he only weighs 10 lbs. (Ssssshhhh Don't tell him he isn't the biggest dog it might hurt his ego which is rather large too.)

Another GOOD point with small dogs is that the POO is also small which makes for very easy clean up. Some people have even box trained their small dogs. Can't do that with a big dog.

Carol should be posting some new pictures of Mickey today and he has just turned 6 mths.

By the way Tammy, Great looking dog. I'm sure he will keep you busy by will reward you with lots and lots of love.

Nan.....Be sure to tell Wilson GREAT races and job well done. :yay: :yay: :yay: We will be looking for him in that #1 spot. :yay: :yay: :yay:

Doug

off to get ready for work :surfweb:

will log on at work.

have a good day everyone.
