bad mom here, molly has 3 teeth she put one or more under her pillow but she stopped telling me so I never got them...now she thinks that when she sticks them under together she is getting more money. I have to think of something to tease her with over this one. suggestions?

Maybe the Tooth Fairy pays by the trip? And if she only has to make one trip for three teeth, it is the same price as one tooth? A note could be left to explain POLICY. That note could also include the deal about telling a parent so they can make the OFFICIAL PHONE CALL.

Santa does the world in just one night, I'm sure the TF can make it to FL in 24 hours.

I'd have the tooth fairy just take one at a time. Hoarding isn't good. Either that or have the tooth fairy leave behind a toothbrush and some floss because she is losing too many teeth at one time!

Hi All......so I finally got my income tax refund check yesterday. I only filed it on Feb 10 online. So the very first thing I did was check on the cruise that I had to cancel. Well they changed the itinerary. Instead of going to Costa Maya they're going to Grand Cayman. It's still a double dip on CC. Then it's double the price for the Cat 6 that I cancelled. And they said the only balconies left were white block not full glass. I'm not sorry that I had to cancel, except to see our friends Kat and Jim. I've already sent them a couple of emails.......next I will have to call them to see if we're meeting them after their cruise at World. Then I'll be able to firm my dates of travel to World.

Want to laugh.......I lost my economic stimulus check the same way that I lost my refund check. Now I'll have to spend the next six months to get that fixed and receive that check.....by then it'll be time to file again for another new year......and I can start this process all over again if they don't fix it permanently.

You "lost" your check???

How are your legs? Treating it at home or going to the wound center? TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!

No ketuba this go around. It will just be a humble civil ceremony at the Orange County Old Courthouse in Santa Ana. The ketuba will have to wait until we're back in Chicago --- though I fully intend for us to do so.

We have booked Thursday, September 4th at 11:00 AM for the license and ceremony.

After our last experience, we decided it would be good to have another day when the government offices are open. Not that anything will go wrong, the whole process is much simpler in California than it was in Ontario.

So, if you Californian folks (or any of you other folks in other states, provinces, countries, counties and shires) would like to make this a meet-up and celebration over the weekend, please PM me.

PS - We are really much more up beat this time. I'm even looking into the possibility of having some sort of wedding cake, though if it's the two of us, it might be more of a cupcake.

Ian and Sukie, congrats on setting a date Sure wish I could fly out and join the celebration! Unfortunately, that is not going to happen, but I will be thinking of you both on your special day, and raising a toast to you!

I have been so ABSENT lately...I have missed all of you!!

After Vanessa left, I was just so sad and had trouble geting it all together. My mom was causing some trouble......

But today my kids and husband and I are at the beach house and we are all having a great time. I feel so much better!! We had BBQ Chicken on the grill, baked potatos, and Silver Queen (fresh picked Delaware) corn on the cob!! so YUMMY!!!!

We spent the day on the beach!! (I will post some pictures soon.)

We are expecting Deb and John to come by tomorrow sometime....if nothing else to park in our yard....there is NO parking in this town and on the 4th of July, there are 100,000 people decending on our little tiny town....

Sometimes I wonder how I was so blessed with these three kids I have. You guys met and got to know what a sweetie Daniel is.....Annie and Gretchen are just as wonderful.....I am so lucky.....

I went for a walk on my lunch hour and it was cold outside. Now it's cold enough where I wish I'd had a jacket on my way home this evening. But it was such a sunny day, it was still beautiful! The next few days are supposed to be just as beautiful. I just love summer!!!
